We hope you and your pet love what you ordered! However, if the items don't fit perfectly, don't worry - we've made the return process as easy as possible!

Please ensure that the returned items meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

Clothing: Unworn, in new condition with tags intact and in the original packaging. Items must be free of odors and pet hair.
Toys and accessories: Returned unused and in the original packaging.
Note: Some products such as custom-made items or heavily discounted items ("Final Sale") are excluded from the right of return.

If you want to return an item:

Send us an email to info@hipaws.de within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for the return.
You must bear the return costs yourself.

All returned items must be unused, in new condition and in their original packaging.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you originally used.

Defective or incorrect product (complaint)

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order by email at info@hipaws.de. We will endeavor to find a solution as soon as possible.

If you have received incorrect items or items are missing from your order, please contact our customer support immediately.

"Final Sale" items

Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded. Please check the product details carefully before completing a purchase.
